Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Processing times may be slightly longer during collection launches, holidays, or promotional periods.

  • You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United States

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – Calculated at checkout

  • Free Shipping on orders $30+

International Shipping

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

  • Delivery times vary depending on country and local customs.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.

  • Libertad Co NYC is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

  • If customs requests additional information, we may contact you to ensure your package clears successfully.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping information.
If you entered an incorrect address, contact us within 24 hours so we can help update it.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package shows as delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the carrier first.

  • For damaged items, email us at support@libertadconyc.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
    We will work with you to make it right.

Preorders & Backorders

If a product is marked as preorder or backorder, the estimated ship date will be listed on the product page. Orders containing preorder items will ship once all items are in stock.
